RETURN/REFUND POLICY 

Should an item be damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted without prior approval. The UPS Ground Shipping Cost of any returned damaged item outside of the Continental USA must be paid by the customer.   Upon receiving the damaged item we will replace it, provided it is still available, or credit the customers credit card for the full amount charged.  We guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction.

We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise should the customer wish to return it for any other reason.  The UPS Ground Shipping Cost of any merchandise returned is the responsibility of the customer.  Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and must be received within 14 days.  Upon receiving any returned item we will credit the customers credit card for the full amount of the item charged provided the item is returned in good condition.

SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES

We strive to ship orders within 5-10 business days from the time payment notification is received.  If there is a problem and we have the customers e-mail we will contact them and let them know the status of their order. 

To give our customers the convenience of receiving their purchases at their doorstep we ship exclusively by UPS Ground. Their shipping times are 3-5 business days from time of pickup.  We have formed an excellent relationship with them over the years. 

The UPS Ground Rates are calculated on the web-page at check out for orders under $50.00 and all orders outside of the Continental USA .  The customer can always contact us to check the status of their order if they are concerned, and we will gladly bring them up to date with the status.
