Q. If I make a mistake on an item I order, Can I get a replacement?
A. Everyone makes a mistake sometime, especially on spelling and dates! Be very careful when filling out the order for and double check everything. Should you make an error we will offer (20%) discount on duplicate replacement piece. Should the error be on our part there will be no charge for replacement piece.

Q. Can my order be tracked online?
A. We ship via UPS and the tracking number will be given to you when available. When the number is available it will be sent by email with your shipping confirmation.
Q. How long will it take to receive a personalized item?
A. We ship personalized items within 24 to 48 hours and UPS takes 3-5 working days to deliver. Should you require urgent service please contact us via the Contact Form on the site or via the Telephone number listed, and we will make every effort to work with you taking inito account the extra cost of express service.
Q. Can a personalized item be returned?
A. Overthemoongifts.com stands behind the quality of all products sold. However if it has been personalized we cannot accept it for return unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship. Should an item be defective in quality or workmanship it may be returned in new condition and its original packaging for credit, exchange or refund.
Q. Do you offer quantity discounts?
